摘　　要：介绍了发烟硫酸蒸发器的设计与应用情况。在制酸系统余热满足不了发烟硫酸蒸发所需热量的情况下,采用蒸汽为热源的卧式蒸发器,通过合理的选材、采用严格的焊接和检测工艺,发烟硫酸蒸发器已稳定运行5年以上。The design and application of fuming sulphuric acid evaporators are introduced.In the case where the waste heat of the acid production system cannot meet the heat required for the evaporation of sulphuric acid,a horizontal evaporator using steam as the heat source is adopted.Through reasonable material selection,strict welding and testing processes,the sulphuric acid evaporator has been operating stably for more than 5 years.
