摘  要:介绍了浙江石油化工有限公司一期260 kt/a废酸再生装置设计工艺流程及技术特点,该装置采用孟莫克公司基础设计工艺包,采用“3+1”二转二吸工艺,干吸工序3台塔均采用ZeCor®材质合金塔和Uniflo®管槽式合金分酸器,尾吸工序采用双氧水洗涤工艺。设计转化率99.85%,排放尾气硫酸雾质量浓度不高于5 mg/m^(3)。开车过程中存在净化工序稀酸循环泵入口膨胀节损坏、一吸塔纤维除雾器堵塞等问题,通过技术改造予以解决。Design process flow and technical characteristics of 260 kt/a waste acid regeneration plant of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The device adopts the basic design process package of Mengmo Ke Company.Adopting the"3+1"double conversion double absorption.All three towers in the dry suction process use ZeCor®Material:Alloy Tower and Uniflo®Pipe groove alloy acid separator.The tail suction process adopts hydrogen peroxide washing technology.The design conversion rate is 99.85%and the mass concentration of sulphuric acid mist in exhaust emissions is not higher than 5 mg/m^(3).During the driving process,there were problems such as damage to the expansion joint at the inlet of the dilute acid circulation pump in the purification process and blockage of the fiber demister in the first absorption tower.These issues are resolved through technical modifications.
