摘 要:暑期社会实践作为高校劳动教育的重要载体,对促进大学生理论知识深化与实践能力提升、身体素质提高与精神品质涵养、自我本质寻绎与社会认同构建具有重要意义。当前,大学生暑期社会实践劳动育人存在着实践活动形式同实践育人的内容要求相脱节、实践主体具身性在场同参与意识隐退相矛盾、少数精英实践模式同全员实践需求相冲突等问题,制约着暑期社会实践劳动育人功能的发挥。新时代提升暑期社会实践劳动育人绩效,需要着力打造党领导下的多元社会主体共同参与育人体制,完善以尊重学生主体为基础的全员暑期社会实践体系,构建以制度改革为指引的全方位全过程科学育人系统。Summer social practice,as a vital platform for labor education in universities,plays a significant role in deepening college students'theoretical knowledge and enhancing their practical skills,improving physical fitness and cultivating spiritual qualities,and exploring self-identity and constructing social recognition.Currently,there exist several issues hindering the effectiveness of college students'summer social practice in cultivating individuals:the disconnection between the form of practical activities and the content requirements for educational purposes,the contradiction between the embodied presence of the practical subject and the fading awareness of participation,and the conflict between the practice model of a minority elite and the practice needs of all members.These challenges restrain the realization of the educative function of summer social practice labor.To enhance the effectiveness of college students'summer social practice in nurturing individuals in the new era,it is necessary to focus on the following aspects:building a diverse social subject system under the leadership of the Party,improving a comprehensive summer social practice system based on respecting student autonomy,and establishing a comprehensive and systematic education system guided by institutional reform throughout the entire process.
