摘 要:混合动力汽车的动力包括电机和发动机。电机的使用降低了发动机的使用频率,从而使发动机温度降低,导致混入发动机油中的水分不易蒸发出去。为考察水分对混合动力汽车发动机油摩擦磨损性能的影响,使用SRV5试验机评价了不同含水量混合动力汽车汽油机油的摩擦磨损性能,使用激光共聚焦显微镜检测了试验盘磨斑的宽度和磨损体积,使用扫描电子显微镜观察了试验盘磨斑表面的形貌。结果表明:少量水分对油品的摩擦磨损性能无不利影响;油对轴承钢的润湿性明显优于水,会优先于水吸附在轴承钢表面,在含有大量水时仍具有一定的抗磨损性能。The power of hybrid vehicles is provided by motor and engine.Application of motor reduces engine working fre-quency,resulting in low temperature in engine and difficulty of evaporating water mixed in the engine oil.To understand the effects of water content on the friction and wear resistance of engine oil of hybrid vehicles,the engine oil of hybrid vehicles with different water contents was evaluated in SRV 5 test machine.The width and wear volume of the grinding spot in the test disc were detected in laser confocal microscope,and the morphology of the grinding spot was observed in scanning e-lectron microscope.The results show that little water has no effect on friction and wear resistance of engine oil.The oil wettability to bearing steel is superior to water wettability,and the oil is preferentially adsorbed on the bearing steel surface.The engine oil still has a certain wear resistance when it contains a large amount of water.
