冻融循环对水工混凝土孔结构的影响研究

摘  要:本文使用透射成像和压汞法,深入探究了水工混凝土孔结构随冻融循环的劣化损伤特征。结果显示,冻融循环使临界孔径和毛细孔等有害孔数量明显增加,对表层混凝土的孔结构劣化和强度降低产生了重要影响,且存在由表及里的损伤梯度。为保证水工结构的安全运行及其整体抗冻性能,可以采用结构表面涂覆技术。In this paper,transmission imaging and mercury intrusion are used to explore the deterioration damage characteristics of hydraulic concrete pore structures with freeze-thaw cycles.The results show that the freeze-thaw cycle significantly increases the number of harmful pores such as critical pore size and capillary pores,which has a serious impact on the deterioration of the pore structure and the reduction of strength of the surface concrete,and there is a damage gradient from the surface to the inside.In order to ensure the safe operation of hydraulic structures and their overall frost resistance,structural surface coating technology can be adopted.
