摘  要:分析叉车行业的发展现状,预测锂电叉车的发展前景及趋势;介绍磷酸铁锂电池(简称锂电池)作为平衡重式叉车(简称叉车)动力源相对燃油发动机、铅酸蓄电池的优势,并指出锂电叉车故障发生频率最高的零部件就是锂电池,而锂电池故障又以锂电池继电器粘连为主要问题点。将叉车整机电气控制系统与锂电池内部电气控制系统结合起来进行分析,提出从设计源头解决锂电池继电器粘连的措施,相关措施可保障操作人员的乘驾感,保持产品的性价比,可为今后类似工业车辆产品锂电池问题的解决提供借鉴。The development status quo of forklift truck industry is analyzed,and the development prospects and trends of lithium battery forklift trucks are predicted.The advantages of lithium iron phosphate batteries(referred to as lithium batteries)as the power source of counterbalanced forklift trucks(referred to as forklift trucks)compared to fuel engines and lead-acid batteries are introduced,and it is pointed out that the most frequently failed component of the lithium battery forklift truck is the lithium battery,while the main problem for the lithium battery fault is the relay sticking.The overall electrical control system of the forklift truck and the internal electrical control system of the lithium battery are combined for analysis,measures to solve lithium battery relay sticking at the design source are proposed,and the relevant measures can guarantee the ride feel of the operator and maintain the cost-effectiveness of the product,which provide a reference for solving the lithium battery problems of similar industrial vehicle products in the future.
