摘  要:强夯机广泛应用于工业厂房、民用建筑、公路、铁路、桥梁、机场及港口码头等工程的地基加固。基于市场对安全、高效、节能强夯机的需求以及国家的“双碳”战略目标,推出增程式强夯机产品,并在工程实际中得到成功应用,施工效率、油耗等主要性能指标均较现有主流产品大幅度提升。分析目前国内强夯机的技术现状,介绍增程式强夯机的结构形式、新能源系统及工程应用情况,为新能源强夯机的设计开发提供参考。Dynamic compaction machines are widely used for foundation reinforcement of projects such as industrial plants,civil buildings,highways,railways,bridges,airports and port terminals.Based on the market demand for safe,efficient and energysaving dynamic compaction machines and the national“dual carbon”strategic goal,an extended-range dynamic compaction machine is launched and has been successfully applied in engineering practice,with a great improvement on the main performance indexes such as construction efficiency and fuel consumption compared to the existing mainstream products.The state of the art of dynamic compaction machines in China is analyzed,and the structure form,new energy system and engineering application of the extendedrange dynamic compaction machine are introduced,which provides a reference for the design and development of new energy dynamic compaction machines.
