摘 要:高速铁路箱梁外形尺寸大,与隧道壁之间间隙小,导致隧道出口首跨负距离或者隧道内混凝土箱梁架设难度非常大。目前,架桥机已解决隧道出口零距离架梁难题,隧道出口负距离或者隧道内架梁施工普遍使用运架一体机,而对于运梁和架梁平行作业的架桥机来说依然存在较大难度。结合JQBS1100型单臂架桥机组的结构和功能特点,针对32 m跨度箱梁位于隧道出口负距离和隧道内的架设施工技术进行研究,提出架桥机窄式二号柱、组合式下导梁和吊重行车反向拖拉的设计方案,旨为高铁简支箱梁隧道内架设施工提供参考。Box girders of high-speed railways have large external dimensions and small gaps with the tunnel wall,resulting in difficult erection of concrete box girders at negative distance of the first span of the tunnel exit or inside the tunnel.At present,the girdererecting machine has solved the problem of girder erection at zero distance of tunnel exit,and girder erection construction at negative distance of tunnel exit or inside the tunnel generally uses the transporting-erecting machine,which is difficult for the girder-erecting machine with parallel operation of girder transportation and girder erection.Combined with the structural and functional characteristics of model JQBS1100 single-beam girder-erecting machine,the erection construction technology of 32-m span box girder located at the negative distance of tunnel exit and inside the tunnel is studied,and the design scheme of the narrow No.2 column,combined lower guiding beam and crane reverse pulling of the girder-erecting machine is proposed to provide a reference for the erection construction of simply-supported box girder inside the tunnel of high-speed railways.
