摘  要:通常毛坯板厚δ≥28 mm的大厚度滚筒筒圈,用四辊卷板机卷圆时,两边各需预留150 mm以上直边量,制作工序繁琐,增加了筒圈生产成本和设备损耗,制约了滚筒的生产进度和效率。为改变这种工艺手段,技术人员经过系统分析研究,对卷板设备预弯卷圆、上辊行程压力控制和下辊受力等程序进行系统改进,对筒圈制造工艺进行优化,毛坯板厚δ≥28 mm的筒圈不在预留两端150 mm直边量,直接进行预弯卷圆,改进后筒圈圆度及焊缝相接两端外圆加工壁厚均符合技术要求,大幅提升了滚筒生产效率,有效降低了生产成本和操作者劳动强度。Usually,when a four-roll plate rolling machine is used to roll the large-thickness drum coiling with a blank plate thickness of δ≥28 mm,a straight edge amount of at least 150 mm needs to be reserved on each side,and the production process is cumbersome,which increases the coiling production costs and equipment loss and restricts the production progress and efficiency of the drum.To change this process means,after systematic analysis and research,technicians systematically improve the procedures such as pre-bending and rolling of the plate rolling equipment,pressure control of the upper roll stroke and force on the lower roll and optimize the coiling manufacturing process.The coiling with a blank plate thickness of δ≥28 mm does not need a reservation of 150 mm straight edge mount on both sides and is directly prebended and rolled,and after improvement,the roundness of the coiling and the wall thickness of the outer circle at both ends of the weld are in accordance with the technical requirements,which greatly improves the production efficiency of the drum and effectively reduces the production costs and operators'labor intensity.
