摘  要:高速铁路简支双线箱梁变简支单线箱梁架设时,单线箱梁架桥机需要在已架设完成的双线高铁箱梁上过孔。单线架桥机恢复完成过孔时,架桥机后支腿支点一侧位于双线箱梁顶板,另一侧位于双线箱梁翼缘板的薄弱位置(简称踩双架单),容易导致箱梁支座偏载。为实现单线架桥机整孔架设,研制出带托辊装置的液压升降支架配合单线架桥机过孔,架桥机后支腿无需双线梁面受力完成过孔,过孔完成后,梁端搭设分载梁装置,将载荷传递双线箱梁腹板位置处,实现对双线箱梁的保护,保证施工安全。When the erection of high-speed railway simply-supported double-track box girders is transformed into the rection of simplysupported single-track box girders,the single-track box-girder-erecting machine needs to pass the span through the completed double-track box girder.When the single-track girder-erecting machine completes the span passing,one side of the support point of the rear gantry of the girder-erecting machine is located on the top plate of the double-track box girder,and the other side is located at the weak position of the flange plate of the doubletrack box girder.According to the previous construction process,when the erection of double-track box girders is completed,the single-track box girder cast-in-place construction process shall be adopted.To settle this working condition and realize whole span erection of the single-track girder-erecting machine,a hydraulic lifting bracket with a roller device is specially developed to cooperate with the single-track girder-erecting machine for span passing,so as to realize span passing without the rear gantry of the girder-erecting machine posing a stress on the double-track girder surface.After the completion of span passing,the girder end is equipped with a loadsharing girder device to transfer the load to the web position of the double-track box girder to protect the double-track box girder and ensure construction safety.
