摘  要:锁死现象是不锈钢螺纹紧固件连接中的典型失效形式,了解不锈钢紧固件锁死机理和掌握其防护方法十分重要。综述不锈钢紧固件在快速锁紧过程中形成高温熔焊咬死和磨屑阻塞咬死的两种锁死机理研究现状,分析不锈钢紧固件易锁死的材料特性,从紧固件材料选用及表面改性、表面润滑控制和正确装配操作等三方面总结防锁死方法,旨在进一步揭示不锈钢紧固件锁死机理,为防锁死方法的应用提供参考。Locking phenomenon is a typical failure form of stainless steel threaded fastener connection,and it is very important to understand the locking mechanism of stainless steel fasteners and master the protection methods.The research status of two locking mechanisms of stainless steel fasteners in the rapid locking process,high-temperature fusion welding and wear particle blockage,is reviewed,the characteristics of stainless steel fastener materials that are easy to lock are analyzed,and antilocking methods are summarized in terms of fastener material selection and surface modification,surface lubrication control and correct assembly operation to further reveal the locking mechanism of stainless steel fasteners and provide a reference for the application of anti-locking methods.
