摘　　要：盾构在掘进过程中,由于刀盘适应性、地层存在未探明的异物或者其他一些原因,会发生刀盘异常磨损。如不进行维修,很难进行后续隧道的掘进任务。以福州某区间盾构刀盘磨损为例,介绍冷冻法加固地层后常压进仓修复刀盘的思路、方法以及过程中解决的一些技术问题。对于后续出现冷冻加固地层维修刀盘具有一定的参考意义。During the excavation process of shield,reasons such as cutter head adaptability or unexplored foreign objects in strata lead to abnormal wear of the cutter head.Without repair,it is difficult to carry out subsequent tunnel excavation tasks.Taking cutter head wear of the shield in a section in Fuzhou as an example,the idea and method of atmospheric boarding for repairing the cutter head after reinforcing the stratum by freezing method are introduced,as well as some technical problems solved in the process.It has certain reference significance for subsequent cutter head repair in the frozen reinforced strata.
