摘  要:针对涠西南海域某中心采油平台放空火炬挡风罩因年久失修,造成挡风罩烧损变形严重,进而带来局部挡风罩烧毁坠落风险及给油气生产工况带来不良波动的隐患,通过采取“挡风罩分段加工+壁厚及结构升级+专用传送工装设计+优化焊接方式”的方法进行修复,实现了采油平台火炬隐患治理作业高效高质量的完成,达到了保障火炬的挡风效果、确保火炬放空运行工况稳定的目的,在完成既定修复目标任务的同时,为油田节省近70万元的操作费,并增加了5万m^(3)原油产量。In response to the serious damage and deformation of the windshield caused by longterm disrepair of the flaring and venting stack windshield on a central oil production platform in the southwestern sea area of Weizhou,which brings the risk of local windshield burning and falling and the potential risk of adverse fluctuations of oil and gas production conditions,the method of“segmental windshield processing+wall thickness and structure upgrading+special transfer tooling design+welding method optimization”is adopted for repair,which completes efficient and high-quality management of the potential risk of the stack on the oil production platform,saves nearly 700,000 Yuan of operation costs and increases 50,000 m3 of crude oil output for the oilfield while completing the established repair task.
