不同品牌标准白棉布对耐摩擦色牢度结果的影响

摘　　要：研究了各品牌标准白棉布对耐摩擦色牢度的影响。使用GB/T 7568.2-2008《纺织品色牢度试验标准贴衬织物第2部分:棉和粘胶纤维》规定的标准白棉布和AATCC Crocking Cloth标准白棉布,按AATCC TM8-2016《耐摩擦色牢度试验方法:摩擦仪》进行测试;使用GB/T 7568.2-2008标准白棉布,ISO 105-F02:2009《纺织品色牢度试验第F02部分:棉和粘胶贴衬织物规范》规定的标准白棉布James Heal品牌和SDC品牌,按ISO 105-X12:2016《纺织品色牢度试验第X12部分:耐摩擦色牢度》进行测试。研究结果表明,针对ISO 105-X12:2016测试标准,James Heal、SDC这2种品牌白棉布的耐摩擦色牢度结果基本一致;GB标准白棉布的耐干摩擦色牢度结果与James Heal和SDC这2种品牌一致,但耐湿摩擦色牢度比这2种品牌至少高0.5级或以上。针对AATCC TM8-2016测试标准,GB标准白棉布和AATCC标准白棉布的摩擦结果差异较小,在0.5级以内。The influence of different brand cotton rubbing cloth on the results of color fastness was investi-gated.The white cotton adjacent fabric specified in GB/T 7568.22008 Textiles—Tests for color fastness-Standard adjacent fabrics-Part 2:Cotton and viscose,AATcC Crocking Cloth,were used to be tested ac-cording to standard AATCC TM82016 Test method for colorfastness to crocking:Crockmeter.The white cotton adjacent fabric specified in GB/T 7568.22008 standard,cotton rubbing cloth specified in ISO 105-F02:2009 Tests for color fastness-Part F02:Specification for cotton and viscose adjacent fabrics,James Heal and SDC brands,were used to test according to ISO 105-X12:2016 Textiles-Tests for color fast-ness—Part X12:Colour fastness to rubbing.The conclusion indicated that according to the IsO 105-X12:2016 testing standard,the results of color fastness to rubbing on James Heal and SDc brands cotton rub-bing cloth were basically consistent.The dry rubbing results of GB standard white cotton adjacent fabric were consistent with those of James Heal and SDC brands,but the wet rubbing was at least 0.5 level or more higher than these two brands.According to the AATCC TM82016 testing standard,the difference on results between GB standard cotton fabric and AATCC standard cotton fabric was relatively close,with a difference of less than 0.5 level.
