摘  要:肉牛养殖过程中的饲养环境与肉牛的生长性能密切相关,因此对养殖环境进行调控有重要意义。目前,肉牛养殖的环境控制主要包括温湿度控制、粪污臭气控制、采光控制及外周围护结构选择等。北方寒区气候寒冷干燥,养殖环境控制相较于其他区域具有一定特殊性。文章总结了当前寒区肉牛养殖环境控制技术优缺点及研究进展,以期为环境控制技术的发展提供新的思路,为提高肉牛养殖效率提供新的策略。The breeding environment is closely related to the growth performance of beef cattle, so it is important to regulate the breeding environment. At present, the environmental control of beef cattle breeding mainly includes temperature and humidity control, feces and odor control, lighting control and peripheral enclosure structure selection. The climate in the northern cold region is cold and dry, and the control of breeding environment has certain particularity compared with other regions. This paper summarized the current research progress, advantages and disadvantages of environmental control technology for beef cattle breeding in cold area, in order to provide a new idea for the development of environmental control technology and provide a reference for improving the efficiency of beef cattle breeding.
