摘  要:苦味受体/2型味觉受体(type 2 taste receptors,T2Rs)是一类G蛋白偶联受体,最初在味蕾细胞中被发现,现已证实在多种组织中表达并发挥功能。本文重点探讨了T2Rs在巨噬细胞中的表达水平、分布特征,以及T2Rs激动剂调节巨噬细胞的功能和作用机制,包括增强吞噬作用、诱导趋化性定向运动和调节巨噬细胞极化等,可能涉及NF-κB、PI3K/Akt和JAK/STAT等通路,但仍需更多数据支撑。T2Rs对巨噬细胞的调控作用虽已初显,但T2Rs亚型的作用规律尚不明晰。未来研究可从明确T2Rs亚型与巨噬细胞特定功能的对应关系、探究其调节巨噬细胞的具体分子机制、揭示在疾病进程中的详细机制等角度深入,为开发以T2Rs为靶点的新型药物奠定基础。Bitter taste receptors,also known as type 2 taste receptors(T2Rs),are found not only in the mouth's taste bud cells but also in various tissues and cells,including macrophages.Macrophages,known for their remarkable plasticity,play a crucial role in regulating innate immunity,managing inflammation,and orchestrating immune responses to antigens,pathogens,and environmental factors.Recently,the study of the expression and function of bitter taste receptors within macrophages has garnered significant interest.This review summarizes the expression levels and distribution characteristics of bitter taste receptors in macrophages and examines their effects on macrophage polarization,phagocytosis,and chemotaxis,as well as their potential molecular mechanisms.The purpose of this review is to provide insight and perspectives for research on the regulatory role of T2Rs in macrophage functions.
