高坝洲自备电站孤网保电策略分析

摘  要:高坝洲自备电站承担着高坝洲水电站枢纽交流电源的重要保供任务,是其保安的电站。针对自备电站孤网保电条件,从前期准备、技术措施、应急处置等方面总结了水电机组在孤网工况下的保电策略,特别是分析了多机并列运行的复杂条件下,通过机组运行策略、调速器运行参数、机组保护配置等方面的技术措施,克服孤网工况下接力器反复抽动、频率波动大、多台机组联调配合不当等常见问题,确保了多次长周期保供任务,可供同类型自备电站的孤网保电借鉴。Gaobazhou Self-provided Power Station is the security station of Gaobazhou Hydropower Station,which undertakes the important task of ensuring the AC power supply.Considering the power preservation conditions of isolated grid in self-provided power station,the power preservation strategies of hydropower units under isolated grid conditions are summarized from the aspects of early preparation,technical measures,and emergency response.In particular,technical measures such as the unit operation strategy,governor operation parameters,and unit protection configuration are adopted for the complex conditions of parallel operation of multiple units,which overcome the common problems such as repeated pumping of the servomotor,large frequency fluctuations,and improper coordination of multiple units under the isolated grid condition,and ensure the long-term power supply tasks many times.It can be useful reference for the power preservation of isolated grid in similar self-provided power stations.
