摘 要:绝缘电阻表检定装置的不确定度是判断其能否满足开展绝缘电阻表检定或校准工作需求的重要依据。以ZX79C+D型兆欧表标准电阻器为例,运用GUM法详细深入分析绝缘电阻表检定装置不确定度评定的步骤,找出所有测量不确定度产生的关键因素,在实际评定时需要注意满足重复性测量的条件,且在短时间内完成对被测对象的测量;并对GUM法评定绝缘电阻表检定装置的不确定度的适用性进行了验证。The uncertainty of the calibration devices for insulation resistance meters is an important basis to determine whether they can meet the requirements of the calibration or verification work for insulation resistance meters.Taking the ZX79C+D type megohmmeter standard resistor as an example,the GUM method is used to analyze the uncertainty evaluation process of the insulation resistance meter calibration devices.Key factors that may cause measurement uncertainty are identified.In the actual evaluation process,the repetitive measurement condition should be met and the measurement should be completed in a short period of time.Also,the applicability of the GUM method on the uncertainty evaluation of the insulation resistance meter calibration devices is verified.
