摘  要:轴线调整是水轮发电机组检修中的重要工序,关系着机组回装完成后能否安全稳定运行。传统的轴线调整工艺既复杂又难以掌握,且受经验影响,检修难度大,效率低。为此提出了坐标分析法,结合最小二乘拟合曲线来判断盘车数据的真实性,考虑各分段轴之间的摆度,提供了一种快速计算镜板和法兰处刮垫厚度及最大摆度方位的方法,相对于传统方法更简单、方便、易于理解,对于后来者学习有很好的促进作用。Axis adjustment is an important process in the maintenance of hydro-turbine generator units,which greatly affects the safe and stable operation of the units after reinstallation.The traditional axis adjustment process is complex and difficult to grasp,and greatly influenced by experience,which makes the maintenance work difficult and inefficient.Thus,a coordinate analysis method is proposed.The least-square fitting curve is used to determine the authenticity of the turning gear data.Considering the swinging between axis segmentations,a fast calculation method is proposed to get the thickness of the scarping pads at the mirror plate and the flange,and the maximum swinging direction.The proposed method is simpler,more convenient and easier to understand than the traditional method,which is especially beneficial for operators to learn.
