摘 要:变压器油酸值是反映其老化程度的一个重要指标,酸值较高时老化严重,散热性、流动性等都会变差,影响变压器的正常运行。水电厂使用变压器油中的酸类物质主要是有机酸类的化合物,如环烷酸、芳香酸、脂肪酸等。通过对微生物能否以变压器油为唯一碳源、其在变压器油中的生长条件、以及分解产物如何去除三个方面进行可行性分析表明,生物膜法处理变压器油中的酸性物质具有一定可行性,该方法目前相关研究较少,但未来在变压器油的再生方面一定会有非常广阔的研究前景。The acid value of the transformer oil is an important indicator reflecting its ageing degree.When the acid value is high,the ageing of the oil is severe.The heat dissipation and fluidity will deteriorate,and the normal operation of the transformer will be seriously affected.The acidic substances in the transformer oil used in hydropower plants are mainly organic acid compounds,such as cyclic acids,aromatic acids,and fatty acids.The feasibility of the treatment of acidic substances in transformer oil with biofilm method is studied from three aspects:whether the transformer oil can be the only carbon source for the microorganisms,the growth conditions of the microorganisms in the transformer oil,and how to remove the decomposition products.Study shows that the biofilm method can be used to treat the acidic substances in the transformer oil.Although few research is done on this method currently,there will definitely be a very broad prospect in the regeneration of transformer oil in the future.
