水电机组水导油槽油混水超标原因分析

摘  要:高坝洲水电站3号机组在C修后,运行过程中出现水导油槽油混水超标问题,检查发现水导油槽盖板接触式梳齿密封与大轴之间配合不佳、存在较大间隙。进一步观察分析表明,因为间隙使油槽内外空气出现热交换,导致在密封和大轴配合处出现聚集的冷凝水,冷凝水顺着大轴流入油槽内,经过长时间的积累,最终导致油槽油混水超标,通过更换密封、清扫油槽、更换新油等措施,解决了问题。Excessive water mixing in the oil in water guide bearing oil groove is observed in the No.3 unit in Gaobazhou Hydropower Station after the C-level maintenance.Inspection shows that the contact type comb tooth seal of the cover plate of the water guide bearing oil groove does not fit well with the main shaft that a large clearance is found.Further observation and analysis show that heat exchange occurs between the air inside and outside the oil groove due to the clearance,resulting in the accumulation of condensed water at the contact place of the seal and the main shaft.The condensed water then flows into the oil groove along the shaft.After the accumulation of a long period,it ultimately leads to excessive water mixing in the oil.By replacing the seal,cleaning the oil tank,and replacing the oil,the problem is finally solved.
