摘  要:水泵电动机作为水厂运行控制的重要电气设备,数量多容量大,其运行控制模式关系着整个水厂的运行与节能效率。利用软启动控制技术,能够大幅减小水泵电动机启动冲击电流,且转速平缓上升,降低频繁启动时对电网的冲击,还能有效提升生产效率与节能效果。为此建立水泵电动机软启动过程的数学模型,并对启动控制过程进行了仿真分析,所得成果可供水厂供水系统大电机节能控制策略的制定参考。As important electrical equipment for the operation control of a water plant,water pump motors are usually of large quantity and capacity.The operation control mode of the water pump motors directly affects the operation and energy-saving efficiency of the whole plant.The soft start control technology can significantly reduce the starting surge current of the water pump motors and ensure the smooth rising of the speed,thus reducing the impact of frequent starts of the motors on the power grid and effectively improving the production efficiency and the energy-saving performance.A mathematical model is established for the soft start process of water pump motors.Simulation analysis is then carried out on the start control process.The results can be useful reference for the formulation of energy-saving control strategies of large motors in water supply systems of water plants.
