摘 要:离相封闭母线在50 MW及以上发电机引出线回路及厂用分支回路的大电流传输中具有重要作用。在发电生产中,母线发生的事故大都因为看似微不足道的灰尘、杂质以及绝缘件缺陷等。为了确保机组输电回路的安全可靠运行,对母线的全面清扫与检查成为关键之一。以隔河岩水电厂运行30年的母线检修为案例,对母线各组成部分的检查内容与清扫方法作了详细介绍,可供采用离相封闭母线的电厂参考。Isolated-phase enclosed busbar is of an important role in the high current transmission of the lead out circuit and the auxiliary branch circuit of generators of 50 MW and above.In power generation production,accidents occurred in busbar are mostly caused by seemingly insignificant factors such as dust,impurities and insulation defects.To ensure the safe and stable operation of the transmission circuit of the units,comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the busbar has become one of the key tasks.Based on the busbar maintenance experience for 30 years in Geheyan Hydropower Plant,the inspection content and cleaning method for each component of the busbar are introduced in detail.It can be useful reference for power plants that adopt isolated-phase enclosed busbar.
