摘  要:综合厂用电率是发电企业生产技术中的一项重要指标。以隔河岩水电站为例,通过归纳综合厂用电率的分析方法,分析厂用电量的构成部分,统计近五年的综合厂用电率并总结其影响因素,找出用电量大、运行时间长的设备,优先、重点实施设备改造、运行优化等措施,以最小的成本投入,实现最大程度的节能降耗效果,为水电站的综合厂用电率研究及进一步节能降耗提供参考。The comprehensive auxiliary power consumption rate is an important indicator of the production of power generation enterprises.Taking Geheyan Hydropower Station as an example,analysis methods of the comprehensive auxiliary power consumption rate are summarized and its major components are determined.The comprehensive auxiliary power consumption rate of the plant in the past five years is statically analyzed and its influencing factors are summarized.Equipment with high power consumption and long operating time is identified and improvement measures such as equipment renovation and operation optimization are carried out preferentially.Thus,a maximum consumption reduction and energy saving performance can be achieved with minimum investment.It can be useful reference for the study of the comprehensive auxiliary power consumption rate and the further improvement on consumption reduction and energy saving in hydropower stations.
