甘肃省秦巴山地区农户生计资本对生计策略的影响分析

摘　　要：调整农户生计策略,促进农户从事非农业生产活动,是近年来帮助农民增收致富的重要手段。本研究通过对甘肃省陇南市文县、康县和西和县的13个行政村进行走访调研,利用二元Logistic模型分析了农户生计资本对其生计策略选择的影响,结果显示:农户所拥有耕地面积、住房面积、家庭劳动力数量、家庭劳动力文化程度以及农户家庭成员中是否有村干部这些因素会显著影响农户生计策略选择。基于此,有针对性地提出了建立健全就业服务体系、丰富农户社交网络、提高教育质量和水平、建立救灾和防灾应急机制等对策建议。Adjusting farmers′livelihood strategies and promoting farmers to engage in non-agricultural production activities is an important means to help farmers to increase their income in recent years.This study analysed the impact of farmers′livelihood capital on their choice of livelihood strategies using a binary logistic model by visiting and researching 13 administrative villages in Wen,Kang and Xihe counties in Longnan City,Gansu Province.The results showed that factors such as the area of arable land owned by the household,the area of housing,the number of family labourers,the literacy level of family labourers,and the presence of village cadres among the household members significantly affected the choice of livelihood strategies of the farmers.Based on these findings,countermeasures such as establishing a sound employment service system,enriching the social network of farmers,improving the quality and level of education,and setting up an emergency response mechanism for disaster relief and prevention are proposed.
