摘　　要：二十大的胜利召开,让作为农业科技管理工作者的我们深刻意识到使命在肩、务必勇往直前。报告中加快构建新发展格局及推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展部分内容为未来开展国内外交流与合作指明了方向。省级农科院是一个地区农业科技的创新中心,加强院际间友好交流、相互借鉴是拓展工作思路、提升创新思维的有力保障。文章通过对江苏省农业科学院(以下简称“江苏省农科院”)实地调研与交流,总结了江苏省农科院在国际合作与交流领域的特色做法,并将江苏省农科院国际合作工作与吉林省农业科学院(中国农业科技东北创新中心)进行了对比分析,为我国省级农科院在新发展格局下,如何促进农业国际合作提供了参考建议。The successful convening of the 20th National Congress has made us,as agricultural technology management workers,deeply aware our mission and we must move forward courageously.The report points out the direction for future exchange and cooperation by accelerating the construction of a new development pattern and promoting the joint construction of high-quality development of the"the Belt and Road".Provincial agricultural research academies are the regional innovation centers for agricultural technology.Strengthening friendly exchanges and mutual learning between institutions is a powerful guarantee for expanding work ideas and improving innovative thinking.Through the investigation and communication with Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the article summarized the characteristic practices of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the field of international cooperation and exchange,and compared and analyzed the international cooperation work of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences(Northeast Innovation Center of Agricultural Science and Technology of China),which provides reference suggestions on how to promote international cooperation in provincial agricultural research academies under the new development pattern.
