省级农业科研院所国际科技合作与交流水平提升对策研究——以北京市农林科学院为例

摘　　要：国际科技交流合作是推动科技创新发展的重要动力。文章以北京市农林科学院为例,从国际交流合作项目、国际科技合作平台、国际学术交流、国际合作协议、“一带一路”建设、国际化人才队伍建设等方面梳理了国际科技合作与交流的主要做法与取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,并就如何提升省级农业科研院所国际科技合作与交流水平提出了强化与国际高水平科研机构的深度合作、优化国际科技合作交流平台、提高国际化人才队伍综合能力等对策建议。International scientific and technological exchange and cooperation are an important motivation for promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation.Taking Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,the main practices and effects of international scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges such as international exchange and cooperation projects,international scientific and technological cooperation platforms,international academic exchanges,international cooperation agreements,the construction of the"the Belt and Road",and international talent teams were summarized.The existing problems were analyzed.Countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the level of international scientific and technological cooperation and exchange of provincial agricultural research institutes were put forward,i.e.,actively expanding cooperation partners and strengthening in-depth cooperation with international high-level scientific research institutes,optimizing the international science and technology cooperation and exchange platforms,and improving the comprehensive ability of internationalized talents.
