摘　　要：节庆典仪作为思想政治工作新的有效载体,能将抽象的思想政治教育内容落实到行动中,强化思想政治工作教育成效,切实提升思想政治工作质量。文章通过对农业科研单位节庆典仪的思想政治教育功能发挥现状和存在问题的深刻剖析,提出丰富节庆典仪的文化内涵、打造具有“农科”特色的节庆典仪、规范节庆典仪的仪式程序、健全节庆典仪的长效机制等优化节庆典仪的思想政治教育功能的对策建议,使农业科研单位节庆典仪在传承中创新、发展,以期为农业科研单位提供参考。content of ideological and political education into action,strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and effectively improve the quality of ideological and political work.The article analyzed the current situation and problems of the ideological and political education function of the festival ceremony in agricultural research institutions,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the ideological and political education function of the festival ceremony by enriching the cultural connotation of the festival ceremony,creating a festival ceremony with the characteristics of"agricultural science",standardizing the ceremonial procedures of the festival ceremony,and perfecting the long-term mechanism of the festival ceremony.The purpose is to make the agricultural research institution festival ceremonies to be innovated and developed in the inheritance,with a view to providing reference for agricultural research institutions.
