摘  要:在市政污泥处理过程中如果忽略了热平衡问题,处理后的污泥含水率将较高。为了给污泥处理提供更多选择,开展低温干化技术在市政污泥处理中的应用研究。以污泥质量分数、热流为指标,绘制市政污泥的热重曲线,分析低温干燥特性。根据能量守恒定律,计算低温干化处理热平衡,确保足够的热量传递给污泥以促进水分的蒸发和迁移。与低温真空脱水干化成套设备相结合,对低温真空干燥机理进行研究,通过脱水干化,改善污泥含水率,满足污泥减量化要求。由应用案例分析结果可知,所研究技术对于含水率85%、70%、68%、65%、60%的污泥,通过低温干化下降到10%、10%、10%、9%、8%,满足干化后理想含水率不大于10%的要求。In the process of municipal sludge treatment,the issue of heat balance is ignored,resulting in a high moisture content in the treated sludge.In order to provide more options for sludge treatment,research has been conducted on the application of low-temperature drying technology in municipal sludge treatment.Draw the thermogravimetric curve of municipal sludge using sludge mass fraction and heat flux as indicators,and analyze the low-temperature drying characteristics.According to the law of energy conservation,calculate the heat balance of low-temperature drying treatment to ensure sufficient heat transfer to the sludge to promote water evaporation and migration.Combined with a complete set of low-temperature vacuum dehydration and drying equipment,the mechanism of low-temperature vacuum drying was studied.Through dehydration and drying,the water content of sludge was improved to meet the requirements of sludge reduction.According to the analysis results of application cases,it can be seen that the studied technology reduces the moisture content of sludge with moisture content of 85%,70%,68%,65%,and 60%to 10%,10%,10%,9%,and 8%through low-temperature drying,meeting the requirement of ideal moisture content≤10%after drying.
