摘 要:冰冻破坏是寒区水利工程冬季运行面临的主要威胁,因冰冻破坏导致的闸门、拦污栅等金属结构损毁的工程事故时有发生。为解决闸门冰冻破坏定量分析困难和问题,以常见的寒区水工平面钢闸门为例,采用三维有限元方法,计算冰冻特殊荷载组合下钢闸门在分别承受静冰压力和动冰压力2种冰冻荷载作用时的应力和变形情况,实现冰冻破坏的定量计算,为水工钢闸门的设计和运行维护提供参考。Freeze damage is the main threat faced by water conservancy projects in cold regions during winter operation.Engineering accidents such as gate and trash rack metal structures being damaged due to freeze damage often occur.To solve the problem of difficulty in quantitative analysis of gate freezing damage,taking a common hydraulic flat steel gate in cold regions as an example,a three-dimensional finite element method was used to calculate the stress and deformation of the steel gate under extreme working conditions under two types of freezing loads:static ice pressure and dynamic ice pressure.The quantitative calculation of freezing damage was achieved,providing reference for the design,operation and maintenance of hydraulic steel gates.
