摘 要:针对预应力钢筒混凝土管道(PCCP)在使用过程中出现的裂缝、断丝等劣化现象,提出一种“一纵三环”黏贴碳纤维布加固PCCP管的方法。为验证该法修复PCCP断丝管的效果,采用3根2.2 m直径PCCP管在管芯混凝土内表面黏贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)进行加固试验。按不同温度和湿度组合黏贴CFRP,并分别在自然养护7 d和浸水30 d后进行正拉接性能试验。结果表明,自然养护条件下正拉接强度随着黏贴温度的升高而升高,随湿度增加呈先降低再升高的趋势;浸水养护后正拉接强度有所降低,为自然养护强度的80%。For cracks,broken wires and other deterioration phenomena of Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe(PCCP),A method of'one layer vertical and three layers rings'reinforced by carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)was proposed.To verify the effects of the method.Three PCCPs with an inner diameter of 2.2 m were adopted.Pipes were reinforced with CFRP attached on the inner surface of the core concrete,Different temperature and humidity were controlled when CFRP was pasted.then cured under ambient temperature or under water condition spectively.Portable pull-out test using the standardized procedure was carried out to quantify the residual strength of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)concrete bonding.The results showed that:under the natural curing conditions,the nomal tensile bonding strength increases with the increase of bonding temperature;the nomal tensile bonding strength decreases first and then increases with the increase of bonding humidity;under waterlogged curing conditions,the nomal tensile bonding strength is reduced to about 80%of that natural curing conditions.
