摘  要:提升混凝土耐久性能的关键在于提高其抗渗性能,涂抹表面防护材料和掺加粉煤灰是两种常用的技术手段,为研究两种技术对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的协同提升效果,设计了不同掺量粉煤灰混凝土,对部分试件进行了无机表面防护材料喷涂,研究其对立方体抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性的影响。试验结果表明:混凝土的抗压强度受粉煤灰掺量的显著影响,而受表面防护剂的影响不大;涂抹防护剂对无掺加粉煤灰或掺加少量(9.5%)粉煤灰混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能提升效果更为明显;对掺量较大(19%)的粉煤灰混凝土,测试其抗氯离子渗透性能时,建议以长龄期的结果为主为宜。The key to improve the durability performance of concrete is to improve its impermeability.Applying surface protectant and adding fly ash are two common technical solutions.In order to study the synergistic effect of the two solutions on the anti-chloride ion penetration performance of concrete,different amounts of fly ash concrete were designed.Some of the specimens were coated with surface protectant.The cubic compressive strength tests and chloride ion permeability resistance test were conducted.The test results show that the compressive strength of concrete is significantly affected by the amount of fly ash admixture,but not much by the surface protectant.The surface protectant has a more obvious effect on the improvement of chloride ion permeation resistance of concrete without or with a small amount(9.5%)of fly ash;For the fly ash concrete with a larger admixture(19%),it is recommended to test its chloride ion permeation resistance with the results of long age is appropriate.
