戈壁料混凝土三轴受压力学性能研究

摘  要:以乌鲁木齐机场改扩建工程产生的戈壁弃料为集料制备混凝土,可促进戈壁弃料的资源化利用。为研究复杂受力下戈壁料混凝土的力学性能,以集料种类、戈壁细集料取代率、围压值、水灰比和戈壁粗集料粒径为变化参数开展戈壁料混凝土三轴受压试验。试验观察了戈壁料混凝土的破坏形态,分析了不同变化参数对其应力-应变曲线、峰值应力、弹性模量和峰值应变的影响。结果表明:侧向围压是影响混凝土破坏形态的主要参数,随围压值增大,混凝土破坏形式由张拉破坏向剪切破坏过渡;对于应力-应变曲线,戈壁料混凝土比天然混凝土更饱满,且随戈壁细集料取代率、围压值、水灰比和戈壁粗集料最大粒径增大而愈加饱满;对于三轴力学性能指标,随细集料取代率、水灰比增大或粗集料最大粒径、围压值减小,戈壁料混凝土的峰值应力、弹性模量减小而峰值应变增大,取代率不超过50%时其力学性能与天然混凝土相当;戈壁细集料取代率和集料种类对戈壁料混凝土三轴力学性能的影响要显著于水灰比和粗集料粒径。提出戈壁料混凝土的三轴力学性能指标的计算式,结果吻合较好。Preparation of gobi concrete from gobi waste produced in Urumqi airport reconstruction and expansion project can promote the utilization of gobi waste.In order to investigate the mechanical properties of gobi aggregate concrete under complex stress,gobi aggregate concrete were tested under triaxial compression to investigate the effects in the aggregate type,gobi fine aggregate replacement percentage,lateral confining pressure on mechanical properties.The failure modes of specimens were observed,the effect of changing parameters on the stress-strain curves,peak stress,elastic modulus and peak strain of specimens were analyzed.The results showed that the lateral confining pressure was the main parameter affecting the failure mode of concrete.With the increase of confining pressure,the failure mode of concrete transits from tensile failure to shear failure.For the stress-strain curve,the gobi aggregate concrete was more plump than natural one,and more plump with the increase of gobi fine aggregate replacement percentage,confining pressure,water cement ratio and the maximum particle size of gobi coarse aggregate.With the increase of the replacement percentage of fine aggregate and the water cement ratio,or the decrease of the maximum particle size and confining pressure of coarse aggregate,the peak stress and elastic modulus of gobi aggregate concrete decreased while the peak strain increased.When the replacement percentage of gobi fine aggregate was not more than 50%,the mechanical properties of gobi aggregate concrete were equivalent to those of natural one.The effect of gobi fine aggregate replacement percentage and aggregate type on the triaxial mechanical properties of gobi aggregate concrete was more significant than that of water cement ratio and coarse aggregate size.The formulas for calculating the triaxial mechanical properties of gobi aggregate concrete was proposed and agreed well the results of experiment results.
