摘 要:为解决服装产品开发周期长、成本高的问题,采用CLO3D虚拟仿真技术,探讨其在服装设计中缩短开发周期和降低成本的潜力。选择一款插肩式夹克衫作为案例实践对象,利用二维服装CAD技术进行结构设计,将其结构图导入CLO3D虚拟仿真软件中进行分析。通过对人体模型尺寸和面料参数的设置,以及夹克衫版片的虚拟缝合过程,完成夹克衫的虚拟制作。从着装效果和压力图分析虚拟试衣,并与成衣坯样的着装效果进行比较,进一步验证CLO3D技术的可行性。研究发现,CLO3D技术在服装设计中具有显著的实用性和可行性,能有效减少传统成衣样品试制的次数,且为其他类型服装的设计提供了参考。In order to solve the problems of long development cycle and high cost of clothing products,CLO3D virtual simulation technology was used to explore its potential to shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost in apparel design.A raglan jacket was selected as the case practice object,the structure design was carried out by using twodimensional clothing CAD technology,then the structure diagram was imported into CLO3D virtual simulation software for analysis.Through the accurate setting of the size of the human body model and fabric parameters,as well as the virtual sewing process of the jacket plate,the virtual production of the jacket was completed.The feasibility of CLO3D technology was further verified by analyzing the virtual fitting effect and pressure chart and comparing it with the dressing efect of the finished garment prototype.It is found that CLO3D technology not only has significant practicality and feasibility in clothing design,but also efectively reduces the number of traditional garment sample trials and provides reference for the design of other types of clothing.
