摘 要:床品自动化生产在实际运用推广方面发展缓慢,经调研分析,床品自动化生产的推进存在投入大、产品适应性弱、技术不够成熟等问题,阻碍了自动化的发展进程。针对这些问题,结合现代科技如AI、PLC,提出投入产出测算、工序拆解、柔性化研发等方法,以增强床品自动化的适应能力,让更多的床品生产企业接受自动化生产并积极进行智能改造升级,达到提高生产效率、实现高质量发展的目的。The development of automated bedding production is very slow in terms of practical application and promotion.After investigation,research and analysis,it was found that there are some problems in the promotion of automated production of bedding products,such as high investment,weak product adaptability and immature technology,which hinder the development process of automation.In response to these problems,combined with the modern technologies such as AI and PLC,the input output calculation,process disassembly and flexible research and development methods were proposed to enhance the adaptability of bed automation.It enables more bed production enterprises to accept automation production and actively carry out intelligent transformation and upgrading,significantly improving production efficiency and achieving the purpose of high quality development.
