摘  要:为比较细纤度茧丝家蚕新品种与其亲本茧丝结构特征和差异,对具有遗传关系的5个家蚕品种所产茧丝进行性状检测分析。结果表明,雄蚕茧丝比雌蚕纤细,细纤度茧丝比普通茧丝纤细;亲本雌雄茧丝分子结晶程度差异小于杂交组合品种;茧丝的主要结构为包含脂肪胺的蛋白质复合物,其中酰胺Ⅰ和Ⅱ含量最高,主体排列结构为β折叠;各品种茧丝分子取向程度不同,杂交品种茧丝分子的取向程度基本高于亲本细纤度品种,且雌雄之间差异较大,亲本品种之间雌雄差异较小;细纤度茧丝的热稳定性基本优于普通茧丝。In order to compare the structural characteristics and differences between fine denier bave and their parents,the cocoon filaments of 5 silkworm varieties with genetic relationship were analyzed.The results show that male cocoon silk is thinner than fe male cocoon silk,while fine denier bave is thinner than ordinary cocoon silk.The degree of molecular crsallization of male and female parent cocoon filaments is less than that of hybrid varieties.The main structure of cocoon filaments is protein complex containing fatty amines,in which the amidesⅠandⅡare the most abundant,while the main arrangement structure is Afold.The degree of molecular orientation of cocoon silk is different among different varieties.The degree of molecular orientation of hybrid varieties is basically higher than that of parent fineness varieties,the difference between male and female is large,while the difference between male and female of parent varieties is small.The thermal stability of fine denier bave is better than that of ordinary cocoon filaments.
