25羟维生素D与儿童喘息性支气管炎发病及病情严重程度相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨25羟维生素D水平与儿童喘息性支气管炎发病及病情严重程度相关性。方法:回顾性分析新余市人民医院儿内科病房2021年1月2022年12月收治的60例儿童喘息性支气管炎患儿临床资料,根据其病情严重程度分为喘支轻度组(28例)、喘支中重度组(32例)。同期选取健康体检的就诊儿童30例,设定为对照组。采集和对比各组的血测25羟维生素D值,分析25羟维生素D与该病发病及病情严重程度的相关性。结果:对照组、喘支轻度组、喘支中重度组25羟维生素D水平呈降低趋势,免疫球蛋白E、白细胞介素6水平呈递增趋势(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,25羟维生素D水平与喘支轻度、喘支中重度呈负相关(r=0.482、0.571,P=0.018、0.011)结论:25羟维生素D缺乏可能会导致儿童喘息性支气管炎发生,监测该指标,可有助于该疾病诊断,并评估病情严重程度。Objective:To explore the correlation between the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D and the severity of asthmatic bronchitis in children.Method:Retrospective analysis was used in the clinical data of 60 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to the pediatric internal medicine ward of Xinyu People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.According to the severity of the condition,it was divided into a mild asthma group(28 cases)and a moderate severe asthma group(32 cases).During the same period,the study selected 30 children who received medical examinations as the control group.We collected and compared the 25 hydroxyvitamin D values in the blood of each group,and analyzed the correlation between 25 hydroxyvitamin D and the severity of the condition.Result:The levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in the control group,mild asthma group,and moderate severe asthma group showed a decreasing trend,while the levels of immunoglobulin E and interleukin 6 showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels and mild asthma group and moderate severe asthma group.Conclusion:A deficiency of 25 hydroxyvitamin D may lead to the development of asthmatic bronchitis in children.Monitoring this indicator can help diagnose and evaluate the severity of asthma bronchitis.
