摘  要:目的 本文旨在介绍武汉市空地一体化急救体系的建设背景、实施过程及其成果,并深入分析其运作机制和成功经验,为其他城市急救体系的构建提供参考和启示。方法 通过项目论证与规划、组织结构与制度建设、救援实践与效果评估等方法,构建并完善了空地一体化急救体系。武汉市成功建立了空地一体化急救站,实现了直升机航空医疗救护的常态化运行,并通过实践不断优化急救服务的效率和质量。结果 实践证明,该体系在提升救援效率、扩大服务范围、提高救治成功率等方面发挥了显著作用。武汉亚心总医院空地一体化急救站已完成200多例直升机航空医疗救护转运,展现了高效与专业的救援能力。结论 研究成果为武汉市乃至全国其他城市的急救体系建设提供了实证支持,为推动我国急救医疗服务体系的现代化、高效化发展提供了宝贵的经验和启示。Objective This paper aims to introduce the construction background,implementation process,and outcomes of Wuhan's integrated air-ground emergency medical system,and to provide an in-depth analysis of its operational mechanisms and successful experiences,offering references and insights for the construction of emergency systems in other cities.Methods Through project demonstration and planning,organizational structure and system construction,and rescue practice and effectiveness evaluation,the integrated air-ground emergency medical system has been constructed and refined.Wuhan has successfully established an integrated air-ground emergency station,achieving regular operation of helicopter-based air medical rescue,and continuously optimizing the efficiency and quality of emergency services through practice.Results Practice has shown that the system has significantly improved rescue efficiency,expanded the scope of services,and increased the success rate of treatment.The integrated air-ground emergency station of Wuhan Asia Heart Hospital has completed over 200 cases of helicopter air medical rescue transfers,demonstrating efficient and professional rescue capabilities.Conclusion The research findings provide empirical support for the construction of emergency systems in Wuhan and other cities across the country,offering valuable experience and insights for the advancement of modern and efficient emergency medical service systems in China.
