摘　　要：近年来,世界范围内的自然灾害、事故灾难、突发公共卫生、社会安全等灾害事件呈现出种类愈多,频度愈高,危害愈大的特点,中国是受灾最严重的国家之一,给医学救援提出了严峻的挑战,进行灾害医疗救援培训是提高医学救援能力的重要途径。灾害医疗救援实践性强,传统的培训方式、培训效果欠佳,虚拟现实技术因其沉浸性、交互性、可定制性、可重复性、可记录性以及实施的低成本,是灾害医疗救援培训最具有前景的技术之一。本研究通过对灾害医疗救援的特点和传统灾害医疗救援培训存在的问题进行总结,阐明了灾害医疗救援培训的必要性以及其与虚拟现实技术结合的优势,总结了现有国内外虚拟现实技术在灾害医疗救援、应急培训平台中的应用研究现状,指出了我国虚拟现实灾害医疗救援培训的不足之处,并为未来的相关研究指明了方向。In recent years,natural disasters,accident disasters,public health emergencies,social security and other disasters worldwide have shown the characteristics of more types,higher frequency and greater harm.China is one of the most severely affected countries,posing stern challenges to medical rescue.Disaster medical rescue training is an important way to improve the ability of medical rescue.Disaster medical rescue is practical,and the training effect of traditional training methods is not ideal.Virtual reality technology is one of the most promising technologies for disaster medical rescue training because of its immersion,interactivity,customizability,repeatability,recordability and low cost of implementation.This study summarizes the characteristics of disaster medical rescue and the problems existing in traditional training,expounds the necessity of disaster medical rescue training and its advantages in combination with virtual reality technology,summarizes the existing research status on the application of virtual reality technology in disaster medical rescue and emergency training platform at home and abroad,points out the shortcomings of virtual reality disaster medical rescue training in China,and points out the direction for future related research.
