摘 要:氢电耦合储能是解决光伏/风电新能源规模化发展与消纳矛盾的有效途径,基于“电-氢-电”(P2P)的转换过程,可将波动风光发电调控为氢储能所需的稳定供电,降低本地消纳中风光发电波动性和间歇性对电解水制氢效率的影响。本文开展离网型氢电耦合储能系统的设计与仿真,设计了以风/光发电、电化学储能、电解水制氢及储氢装置等为主的系统总体架构,构建了关键单元模型及功率匹配的系统整体模型,并依据实际气象输入数据,对系统模型仿真验证,达到了预期调控效果,可为氢电转化和可再生能源消纳调控策略制定提供依据和支撑。Hydrogen-electric coupled energy storage is an effective way to solve the contradiction between the large-scale development of photovoltaic/wind power new energy and consumption.It is based on the"electric-hydrogen-electricity"(P2P)conversion process,which can regulate the fluctuating wind power generation to the stable power supply required for hydrogen energy storage,and reduce the impact of the volatility and intermittently of local wind power generation on the efficiency of electrolytic water hydrogen production.This paper carried out the design and simulation of the off-grid hydrogen-electric coupl-ing energy storage system,designed the overall system architecture mainly based on wind/light power generation,electro chemical energy storage,hydrogen production and hydrogen storage devices by electrolytic water,built the key unit model and the overall system model with power matching.Based on the actual meteorological input data,the system model was simulated and verified,and the expected regulation effect was achieved.It can provide basis and support for hydrogen electricity conversi-on and renewable energy consumption regulation strategy.
