摘 要:为实现部队装备保障能力的科学综合评价,从指挥能力、保障设备设施、保障人员、装备管理能力和装备储供能力5个维度,构建装备保障能力评估指标体系,结合模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和逼近理想点排序法(TOPSIS)建立评估模型。通过实例对部队装备保障能力进行综合排序和客观评价,并为各评估单位提供针对性的改进措施。结果表明,所建模型和算法具备较高的精度和效率,为部队装备保障能力评估提供一种科学实用的方法。To achieve the scientific and comprehensive evaluation of troop equipment support capability,an equipment support capability evaluation index system is constructed from five dimensions,including command capability,support equipment and facilities,support personnel,equipment management capability,equipment storage and supply capability.An assessment model is established by combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).Through the example,a comprehensive ranking and objective evaluation of the force equipment support capability is conducted,providing targeted improvement measures for each assessment unit.Results show that this model and algorithm have high accuracy and efficiency,and provide a scientific and practical method for the assessment of troop equipment support capability.
