摘 要:无线传能复合绝缘子长期面临雨雾及污秽的恶劣环境挑战,其高效可靠的电能传输状态对环氧复合物的外绝缘能力提出了严苛要求。通过分子结构设计的方法改善环氧复合物憎水性能可以有效地提升其外绝缘性能,然而这种方法存在降低环氧复合物热学及机械性能的隐患。本研究采用特种双酚A改性环氧树脂作为改性剂,抑制了环氧复合物中羟基的含量,从而将环氧复合物的憎水性能及憎水迁移性能最大提升了24.61%和51.21%。改性环氧复合物断面粗糙度的增加阻碍了应力的传播,增强了其拉伸强度。环氧复合物表面水分的附着受到抑制,从而提升了环氧复合物在水珠及污秽条件下的外绝缘性能,经过6 h实验电压为4.5 kV的耐漏电起痕实验后,环氧复合物表面蚀损深度最高下降了86.18%,同时环氧复合物的污闪电压提升了13.78%。对环氧复合物的热学及机械性能进行测试,特种改性剂的添加对其热稳定性及拉伸强度影响不大,本研究在不降低环氧复合物热学及机械性能的同时,有效改善了其外绝缘性能。本文研究结果可为无线传能复合绝缘子等外绝缘设备的绝缘材料设计方法提供一定参考。Wireless power transmission insulators are long challenged by harsh environmental conditions such as rain,fog,and dirt,placing stringent demands on the external insulation capabilities of epoxy composites.Improving the hydrophobic performance of epoxy composites through molecular structure modification can effectively enhance their external insulation performance.However,this method has risks of reducing the thermal and mechanical performance of the epoxy composites.This study utilizes a special bisphenol A-modified epoxy resin as a modifier,suppressing the hydroxyl content in the epoxy composites,thereby improving their hydrophobicity and hydrophobic migration performance.The surface water contact angle and hydrophobic migration of the epoxy composites increased by 24.61%,and 51.21%.The increase of the surface roughness of the modified epoxy composite hindered the propagation of stress and enhanced its tensile strength.The development of conductive water films on the surface of epoxy composites is inhibited,thus enhancing the external insulation performance of the epoxy composites under conditions of water droplets and dirt.After a 6h test at 4.5 kV for resistance to electrical tracking,the maximum depth of surface erosion on the epoxy composites decreased by 86.18%,and the pollution flashover voltage increased by 13.78%.The thermal and mechanical performance of the epoxy composites were tested,and the addition of the special modifier had little impact on their thermal stability and tensile strength.This study effectively improved the external insulation performance of the epoxy composites without compromising their thermal and mechanical performance.The results of this study can provide a reference for the design of insulation materials for external insulation equipment such as composite insulators.
