摘 要:由于新能源出力随机性、波动性较大,配置储能以平抑新能源波动成为当前发展趋势。现阶段储能规划相关研究鲜有考虑系统的随机故障事件,这可能导致故障发生时储能装置难以达到预期效果。针对上述问题,本文提出面向系统可靠性的两阶段混合储能配置方法,首先基于聚类方法得到典型运行场景,其次基于Shapley值的可靠性跟踪方法完成对系统的薄弱环节辨识,从中分析出不同运行场景下的高风险设备及系统的恶劣故障场景,然后建立以最小化投资成本和考虑可靠性的运行成本为目标的优化模型,得到适应多故障场景的混合储能配置方案,在保证新能源消纳的同时显著提高系统抵御风险的能力。最后,基于IEEE-RTS24节点测试系统的算例结果验证了本文所提两阶段储能优化配置方法的有效性。Due to the large randomness and fluctuation of new energy output,it has become the current development trend to configure energy storage to smooth out the fluctuation of new energy.At present,the researches related to energy storage planning rarely considering the random fault events of the system,which may lead to the difficulty of the energy storage device to achieve the expected effect when the fault occurs.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a two-stage hybrid energy storage configuration method oriented to system reliability.Firstly,typical operating scenarios are obtained based on clustering method,and then reliability tracking method based on Shapley value is used to identify the weak links of the system,from which high-risk equipment and severe failure scenarios of the system under different operating scenarios are analyzed.Then,an optimization model aiming at minimizing the investment cost and considering the operation cost of reliability is established to obtain a hybrid energy storage configuration scheme suitable for multiple failure scenarios,which can significantly improve the system’s ability to resist risks while ensuring the absorption of new energy.Finally,a numerical example based on IEEE-RTS24-node test system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed two-stage energy storage optimization configuration method.
