摘 要:面对日益增长的新型号装备修理任务,传统的维修保障能力建设工作做法受活动显性化程度低、人员经验差异大等影响,难以按计划高质量完成。为提高工作效益,本文研究构建基于SGS的型号产品维修保障能力建设工作流模型,将工作划分为5个阶段,分阶段梳理主要活动及时序关系,并按性质将活动分为3个类别并行实施,通过显性的工作流模型,规范各活动有序开展。Faced with the growing tasks of new aviation equipment maintenance,the traditional maintence support capacity building work practice is affected by the low degree of activity visibility,personnel experience difference,etc.It is difficult to complete with high quality as planned.In order to improve work efficiency,this paper studies the construction of a workflow model of new aviation equipment maintenance capacity building based on SGS.The work is divided into five stages,the main activities are sorted out in stages,and the activities are divided into three categories according to their nature and implemented in parallel.Through the explicit workflow model,the orderly development of each activity is regulated.
