摘 要:预应力混凝土连续刚构桥因其结构刚度大、施工技术成熟的优势,在跨越山区沟谷等复杂地形中被广泛运用。支架现浇法是进行边跨现浇段浇筑的传统方法,但当两端桥台(墩)处于陡坡时,采用该法面临着支架体系失稳加剧的挑战。针对沟谷陡坡地形处边跨现浇段浇筑的技术难题,基于典型施工风险分析,提出了3种施工方案:支架现浇法、挂篮悬挑法、桥台悬托法;建立了进行方案比选的多维度分级评价指标体系及方法;以某连续刚构桥为案例,采用有限元程序对多维施工性能指标展开分析,最终确定了挂篮悬挑法为最优方案。实践结果表明,采用挂篮悬挑法浇筑边跨现浇段能满足沟谷地形条件下的施工安全与经济要求,验证了本文设计方案及评选方法的合理性。The prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is widely used in complex terrains such as crossing mountainous areas and valleys due to its advantages of high structural stiffness and mature construction technology.The bracket cast-in-place method is a traditional method for side span cast-in-place section pouring,but when the two ends of the bridge piers are on steep slopes,this method faces the challenge of increasing instability of the bracket system.Based on typical construction risk analysis,three construction schemes are proposed to solve the technical problems of side span cast-in-place section pouring in steep terrain of ravines and valleys:cast-in-place support method,hanging basket suspension method and abutment suspension method.And the multi-dimension grading evaluation index system and method for scheme comparison and selection are established.Taking a continuous rigid frame bridge as an example,the finite element programs are used to analyze multidimensional construction performance indicators,and the hanging basket cantilever method is ultimately determined as the optimal solution.The practical results show that using the hanging basket cantilever method to pour the side span cast-in-place section can meet the construction safety and economic requirements under valley terrain conditions,which verifies the rationality of the design scheme and selection method in this paper.
