摘 要:为了研究通航水域钢箱系杆拱桥的安装施工技术,以某网状吊杆钢箱系杆拱桥为依托,通过理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法对系杆拱桥钢构件的合理分段、安装施工工序工艺、临时支架合理形式及施工过程的受力特性进行了研究。形成了基于陆运大节段吊装的合理分块方法,设计了拱肋一体临时支架结构;并形成了大节段安装工艺,保证临时通航条件下大节段吊装的合理工序;确保了施工过程结构的安全性,分析了结构的变形规律。研究形成的大节段施工方法可为类似桥梁的施工提供参考。In order to study the installation and construction technology of steel box tied arch bridges in navigable waters,a mesh suspension rod steel box tied arch bridge was used as a basis.Through a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the reasonable segmentation of steel components,installation and construction process technology,reasonable form of temporary support,and stress characteristics during the construction process of the tied arch bridge were studied.A reasonable block method based on land transportation large-scale lifting has been developed,and a temporary support structure with integrated arch ribs has been designed.And a large-scale installation process has been formed to ensure the reasonable process of large-scale hoisting under temporary navigation conditions.The safety of the construction process structure was ensured,and the deformation law of the structure was analyzed.The large-scale construction method developed through research can provide reference for the construction of similar bridges.
