摘 要:YSZ-Al_(2)O_(3)基陶瓷是一种高灵敏度柴油车用氮氧传感器陶瓷芯片,属于气敏陶瓷制造技术领域。采用传统水基流延及HTCC高温多层共烧方法制备了氮氧传感器陶瓷芯片,并且研究了Al_(2)O_(3)对YSZ陶瓷的相结构、电性能等影响。本文主要研究了氮氧传感器的YSZ基陶瓷芯片,并且主要对加热器绝缘层上下的陶瓷的YSZ-Al_(2)O_(3)基体材料进行了制备研究,包括材料表征,绝缘性、电性能等。随着Al_(2)O_(3)的加入,能够得到致密的YSZ基体陶瓷材料,同时研究了随着Al_(2)O_(3)掺杂量的变化,对其绝缘层陶瓷导电性即绝缘性的影响,最终制备出绝缘性良好的YSZ-Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷材料,其中上过渡层的主体材料中Al_(2)O_(3)的掺杂量为15%~25%,中间过渡层的主体材料中Al_(2)O_(3)的掺杂量为40%~55%,下过渡层的主体材料中Al_(2)O_(3)的掺杂量为75%~85%。本文膜片之间的烧结匹配性良好,明显提高了加热器层的绝缘性能,无漏电现象,最终获得了芯片输出电流信号IP0值稳定状态的氮氧传感器芯片。YSZ based NOX ceramic membrane belongs to the field of gas sensitive ceramic manufacturing technology.It is a membrane for high sensitivity nitrogen oxygen sensor ceramic chips used in diesel vehicles.This article mainly studies YSZ based ceramic chips for nitrogen oxygen sensors,and mainly studies the preparation of YSZ-Al_(2)O_(3)substrate materials for ceramics above and below the insulation layer of the heater,including material characterization,insulation properties,electrical properties,etc.With the addition of Al_(2)O_(3),a dense YSZ matrix ceramic material can be obtained.At the same time,the influence of Al_(2)O_(3)doping on the electrical conductivity or insulation of its insulating layer ceramic was studied.Finally,YSZ-Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic material with good insulation was prepared.The doping amount of Al_(2)O_(3)in the main material of the upper transition layer was 15%~25%,the doping amount of Al_(2)O_(3)in the main material of the middle transition layer was 40%~55%,and the doping amount of Al_(2)O_(3)in the main material of the lower transition layer was 75%~85%.The sintering matching between the membranes in this article is good,significantly improving the insulation performance of the heater layer without any leakage phenomenon.
