拦污栅栅槽轨道一期直埋施工技术的研究与应用

摘  要:永泰抽水蓄能电站下水库进/出水口拦污栅栅槽轨道埋件采用一期直埋施工技术,轨道埋件同一期结构混凝土同步上升。该工艺利用安装云车,取消了栅槽二期混凝土传统施工所需的施工排架搭设、拆除,一期混凝土凿毛,二期混凝土模板安拆及浇筑等施工工序,避免出现混凝土结合问题。同时具有加快施工进度、降低安全风险、减少施工成本等优点,在类似工程中具有较高的推广应用价值。The track embedded parts of the trash rack groove track at the inlet/outlet of the Yongtai pumped storage power station adopt the phase I direct burial construction technology,and the track embedded parts rise synchronously with the phrase I structural concrete.This process utilizes the installation cloud vehicles to eliminate some construction procedures required by the traditional construction of the groove tract phase II concrete,such as the erection and dismantling of construction racks,the phase I concrete chiseling,the installation,removal and pouring of the phase II concrete mould,so as to avoid the problem of concrete bonding.At the same time,it has the advantages of accelerating construction progress,reducing safety risks,and decreasing construction costs,and has high promotion and application value in similar projects.
