摘 要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是以骨微观结构退化、骨量和骨矿物质密度下降为特征的骨代谢性疾病,表现为骨的脆性增加且易发生骨折,进而对患者的生活质量产生严重影响。泛凋亡(PANoptosis)是近年来新建立的一种独特的炎性程序性细胞死亡(programmed cell death,PCD)过程,涉及细胞焦亡(pyroptosis)、凋亡(apoptosis)和坏死性凋亡(necroptosis)之间的相互作用及串扰,其同时具有细胞焦亡、凋亡和(或)坏死性凋亡的关键特征,但不能单独用三种程序性细胞死亡途径中的任何一种来解释。近年来,国内外研究主要探究细胞焦亡、凋亡以及坏死性凋亡与OP机制之间的关系,而针对泛凋亡与OP病理生理过程的作用机制探究较少。本文旨在探讨泛凋亡与OP发病机制的潜在联系,为防治OP寻找潜在的靶点。Osteoporosis(OP)is a bone metabolic disease characterised by degradation of bone microstructure and decrease in bone mass and bone mineral density(BMD),manifested by increased bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.PANoptosis is a unique inflammatory programmed cell death(PCD)process that has been newly established in recent years and involves interactions and crosstalk between cellular pyroptosis,apoptosis,and necroptosis,which possesses the key features of both pyroptosis,apoptosis,and/or necroptosis but cannot be separately identified by any of the three programmed cell death pathways.cell death pathways alone.In recent years,domestic and international studies have mainly investigated the relationship between cellular pyroptosis,apoptosis,and necrotic apoptosis and OP mechanisms,while the mechanism of pan-apoptosis in relation to the pathophysiological process of OP has been less explored.The aim of this review is to explore the potential link between pan-apoptosis and the pathogenesis of OP and to find potential targets for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
