摘 要:锅炉燃烧过程具有大滞后、多变量、存在其他扰动因素的特点,控制过程存在迟滞问题,对此,设计实时入炉煤质数据融合下的锅炉燃烧过程多变量控制技术。采集各种类型的入炉煤质数据,应用静电传感器采集一次风管道中的静电信号强度数据,通过称重传感器采集磨煤机出口煤量数据,通过风量传感器KGF2采集磨煤机出口的风量数据,利用温度传感器pt100采集磨煤机出口的温度数据。融合处理四种实时入炉煤质数据,设计锅炉燃烧多变量解耦控制器,实现锅炉燃烧过程多变量控制。测试结果表明,该方法能够迅速实现烟气含氧量、炉膛压力、主汽压力的稳定控制,锅炉具有更高的烟气含氧量。The boiler combustion process has the characteristics of large lag,multivariable,and other disturbance factors,and the control process has hysteresis problems.Therefore,a multivariable control technology for the boiler combustion process is designed based on real-time coal quality data fusion.Collect various types of incoming coal quality data,apply electrostatic sensors to collect static signal strength data in the primary air duct,collect coal quantity data at the outlet of the coal mill through weighing sensors,collect air volume data at the outlet of the coal mill through air volume sensor KGF2,and collect temperature data at the outlet of the coal mill through temperature sensor ptl00.Integrate and process four real-time coal quality data,design a multivariable decoupling controller for boiler combustion,and achieve multivariable control of the boiler combustion process.The test results show that this method can quickly achieve stable control of flue gas oxygen content,furnace pressure,and main steam pressure,and the boiler has a higher flue gas oxygen content.
